Walk the shelves and say what you see. ShelfCall turns what you say into a count of your bar's stock: bar inventory you do out loud.

Say the bottle and how much is left. "Two point five" is two full bottles and half of the open one: partial bottles count, down to the tenth. Hold to talk, let go, and each take comes back as lines matched to your bottles.

HOW A COUNT WORKS
• Pick what you're counting: liquor, beer or wine.
• Talk as you go. Changed your mind? Say "scratch that," or "never mind, it's six."
• When it doesn't catch a name, it shows you what it heard and asks which bottle you meant. Point it at the right one and it remembers that name for your bar.
• Before a count is saved, you see every bottle you didn't call out. Anything you skipped gets flagged before it gets zeroed out.
• No signal in the walk-in? A take waits on your phone until it can be sent.

Count wine by bin number as well as by name.

YOUR BOTTLE LIST
Add bottles one at a time, paste a list from a spreadsheet or order guide, take a photo of a list or an invoice, or say the names out loud. Nothing is added until you confirm the list.

EVERY COUNT KEPT
Every count is saved in your history, newest first. Download any count, or your stock as it stands, to a spreadsheet.

THE NUMBERS SHEET
One sheet shows your liquor inventory, and your beer and wine inventory, on hand in every area. Type over any number to fix it. With sales on the paid plan, after an area's second count it puts what sold next to what the shelf moved, so the variance between them shows up bottle by bottle: a delivery, a spill or a miscount. Download it as a CSV for a spreadsheet export.

SALES (PAID PLAN)
Say what sold, like "two margaritas, three old fashioneds," or bring in an item sales report from your register as a file or pasted lines. Each sale comes off the shelf of the area you pick, and nothing comes off until you confirm. A wine you mark as sold by the glass comes off a glass at a time.

RECIPES (PAID PLAN)
Recipes turn what sold into what was poured, so every margarita takes its tequila off the shelf. Classic cocktails come ready, and you can make any of them your way. Pick the bottle behind each well and set your pour size.

POS MATCH (PAID PLAN)
ShelfCall remembers what your register calls each drink, so the next sales report comes in without retyping short names.

MORE AREAS, WHOLE TEAM (PAID PLAN)
Count the back bar, the walk-in and the cellar as separate areas, with a bottle in more than one if it lives in more than one. Bring on as many people as your team needs.

FOR YOU AND ONE MORE PERSON
Counting one area is free, for you and one other person on your team. Invite them with a link. There is nothing to buy in the app.

YOUR DATA
You can delete your account from inside the app, or ask us to from our website.
