DESIGNED FOR READERS:
Shelf'd is built for people who collect and read physical books. No social features, no algorithmic recommendations, no clutter — just a clean, focused space to catalogue what you own and track what you've read.
The interface uses warm, earthy tones and clear typography (Lora for headings, Inter for body text) to feel like a companion to your reading, not a distraction from it.
PRIVACY:
Your library stays on your device. We don't collect personal information, don't require sign-up, and don't track your reading habits.
Two things do use the network. When you add a book, its ISBN or your search term is sent to Google Books and Open Library to look up the details. And anonymous crash reports help us find and fix bugs. Your books, shelves, notes and ratings are never sent anywhere.
COMING SOON:
Optional cloud backup (paid one-time upgrade) so you never lose your library if you switch devices.
