Shelf Murmur is a read-later app for anyone who collects links faster than they can read them. Save articles, web pages, and URLs as visual cards, then sort them into custom categories you define yourself.
Everything stays on your device. No account required, no sign-in, no sync to any server. Open the app, paste a link, pick a category, and it is saved. That is the whole flow.
Cards show the title, source, date saved, and any notes you add. Browse your saved items in a clean list grouped by category, or scroll through all items in one view. Tap any card to see its details and open the link when you are ready to read.
Custom categories let you organize by topic, project, mood, or whatever system works for you. Rename or delete categories at any time. Items without a category go into a default inbox so nothing gets lost.
The app is entirely offline. No network calls, no background sync, no analytics. Your reading list is yours alone, stored locally on the device.
Save articles and links as visual cards, organized into your own categories.
