This app is required by my employer but has never worked, is a waste of time, and even for the few who can get it to work it is tedious and cumbersome to use. Airplane mode doesn't work and even when I use my own data, which is secure it doesn't work. On WiFi it says unsecured network and freezes. This is the worst support app I've ever encountered.

Previous versions of the app worked okay, I suppose. However, this current version is a failure. This app can not handle shelving sections larger than about 12 or 16 feet before it crashes, and it dumps the photos you have collected for the section prior to the crash when it crashes. It is, oh, so frustrating.

This app is horrible. I'm required to use it for specific work projects but it kept crashing and wouldn't save my photos, so I deleted the app. I decided months later to give it another try and now I can't even log in. There is no option to recover user ID or password.
