unable to connect shelf watch app with driveline app on an Android phone. this is even after following every instruction given. I have uninstalled and reinstalled five times for each app. this does not work!! in

This app is required by my employer but has never worked, is a waste of time, and even for the few who can get it to work it is tedious and cumbersome to use. Airplane mode doesn't work and even when I use my own data, which is secure it doesn't work. On WiFi it says unsecured network and freezes. This is the worst support app I've ever encountered.

Unfortunatly isles do vary drastically at stores and these camera lenses cannot keep a good photo with 4 ft wide isles at all. Need a zoom out option maybe would work or panoramic option even? So customers didn't compromise photo angles having to move from original position...other than that works pretty good. Used to leave tooany copies in phone then update made u not able to retrieve proof of photo which incurred more hours spent and travel back to location to retake photos :(
