Ratings and reviews

The app is impossible to use unless you have 2 separate devices to log in with. It requires a verification code sent to your email but when you close the app to go get the code from your email it doesn't return you to the page to enter the code. instead it send you back to the log in screen and then requires a new code. so it's a never ending loop and you can never log in.

Update: I've increased my rating since the biometric login feature works now on Android 11. Needs update for Android 11. App doesn't remember your login info and biometric doesn't work anymore. Worked okay on old Android 8 phone. Logs you out after awhile. I even disabled the remove app permissions after 2 hours and it still didn't work. Also doesn't save to google. When logged in it works pretty good but not very useful in an emergency situation if you need to keep logging in.

This app now takes you to a webpage instead of directly into the app. One option is to create an account while on a webpage and it asks you for your SS#. I'm sorry, but that's too risky. Far too many companies get hacked and that information can turn up in the wrong hands. Also if you finally get into the app and you hit the back button it takes you back to the opening login page. It is now the worst app I deal with. I'm going to start paying it through my agent. This is unacceptable.
