Works fine once pictures are downloaded, but difficult to understand to set up. The thing I find different from a previous frame I had, I am not able to turn pictures around from the frame itself, or anywhere once you send it. You have to be very careful to go through each picture when installing them to make pictures either horizonal or vertical. In the beginning I was unaware of this, so many pictures come in side ways which drives me insane. I have yet to figure out how to delete those.

Beware that this frame requires a paid subscription for cloud storage. I did not know that. It was not clear on the Amazon's page. When my subscription ran out, I could no longer upload new photos even they they are loaded to the Frame. This means that this frame is advertised to hold 44,000 pictures only if you pay a fee each year. I should not have to pay for cloud storage I don't want and don't need in order to use a digital frame I own. Looks like Amazon no longer sells from this company.

The frame itself is good and works very well. But the app should be upgraded and have more functions that can be managed from and not have to be touching the rl frame all the time. Like a history and a gallery in the same application, it is a suggestion, like Uhale's. I have both frames, and the Uhale app allows you to do everything from it, and you don't have to touch the frame at all. Could improve. Hope to see changes soon.
