I know everyone is thinking you have to connect it to your wifi but its not your router wifi that's needed. It's the phone device and the blackhead device, like connecting a speaker but as the wifi name. 1. When you open your wifi make sure your blackhead device is on! 2. once its on, click the wifi thing on the right bottom corner in the app. 3. your wifi will search for "lookface" then press that one. 4. After you find the name for the device, open the app and itll be connected.

This app just won't connect with the Wi-Fi period so I can even see the camera what so ever this is absolutely trash unless they do something about it.

Hi team, after updating to version 1. 5.0 images captured through scan device are not able to view in android gallery. Please look into it.
