This device, paired with a subscription, empowers women in their everyday lives––walking the dog, on a run, crossing campus, leaving work at night. Push and hold the button for 3 seconds to send your location to your designated friends.

Pull the top pin to activate the loud siren and bring all eyes on you.

*The App uses the background connection to a birdie+ device via Bluetooth so that when the user activates the device, the app sends an alert together with the user's location to our 24/7 reps (provided by Noonlight https://www.noonlight.com).

My app isn't opening :( I have tried contacting them multiples times..... no responce. The app has numerous issues. The fact they haven't responded makes me even more frustrated for the amount the subscription is. It's sad it's this hard to cancel it. I was so excited to use this but it has just caused more stress. Would NOT recommend. I'm hoping I get my subscription canceled. This is so frustrating. Not worth it. Beware update.... Subscribed recently, the app doesn't remain open and connected to my birdie, I constantly have to check if it's connected when I want to use it. It takes a while to connect. For a couple of days the app refused to open at all. Not sure what I'm paying for if the functionality doesn't work without the app which has been unreliable so far despite adjusting all my phone settings, installing and reinstalling several times.

Can't get past the activation code portion in the app. Attempted to have the code texted (resend) several times with no luck. It's like the company went dark... Makes me a bit worried if there is even a 24/7 on-call rep. I've attempted to contact the company through their online Chat, Email, Help, etc with not so much as a "We got your message." Like the other reviews, I'm close to having these devices returned and the subscription refunded.
