*The App uses the background connection to a birdie+ device via Bluetooth so that when the user activates the device, the app sends an alert together with the user's location to our 24/7 reps (provided by Noonlight https://www.noonlight.com).

Ratings and reviews

I don't recommend Birdie+. Worst app I've ever used. My phone constantly recommends that I un-install it due to the high level of crashes. I couldn't log in for a month. I contacted Birdie, who stated they'd give me 2 months free (which they have not). The update made no improvements. It's slow, logs out constantly and everything on your account has to be re-entered. The app has to be left open at all times for the location tracking to work and has about a 2ft range from your phone.

Terribly slow, and when it does work it allows me to stay logged in for a day or so then I have to re enter everything including my activation code. Today I tried putting all of my info in and it just says "error". Love the device but might have to cancel if this doesn't get sorted. Customer service is super nice but they haven't fixed the problem

This app is *painfully* slow. I couldn't even activate pair the device to the app. I allowed it to search for the device for over 20 minutes, and it still couldn't find it. Absolutely not worth the $90 subscription fee. The device works great. It makes a loud noise that will definitely draw attention if something should happen, but don't pay for the subscription. The app doesn't work at all, so it's not worth it.
