I booked my appointment for 8:00 PM, but it was unexpectedly changed to 12:00 AM without any notification. When I contacted support, I received unreasonable explanations and was told I would not get a refund because they do not send notifications about schedule changes. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.

good, Feature Suggestion: Allow users to turn on notifications for when a therapist adds new availability. This would allow us to book slots immediately without needing to constantly refresh the app throughout the day, which can be quite exhausting since slots fill up very quickly.

I booked the session when I was in Egypt and I travelled for emergency for a few days and I got a message that I've to pay more for the same session because the system detected I'm outside the country
