About this app

The OneTouchGate app provides a function to open the common front door of an apartment house (apartment, officetel, etc.) in a non-contact way using Bluetooth (BLE) communication of a smart device.

1. You can open the common front door without running the app directly.
Just turn on the screen of your smart device once in front of the common front door (LCD-OFF -> LCD-ON).

2. You can open the common front door by directly launching the app.
Log in after running the app -> Press the OPEN button on the main screen.

3. Head of household/member registration is required for 1 and 2.

4. The OneTouchGate app collects location data when the app is closed or not in use to support the use of open common front door feature without opening the app.

5. To use the common front door open function without opening the app, please set the location access permission to "Always Allow".

6. Location data is not used anywhere except for the common front door opening function.

Permissions used by the app are as follows.
1. Permission used for communication with the OneTouchGate server.

2. This permission is used to automatically run the OneTouchGate app when the smart device restarts (reboots).

3. This permission is used for the convenience of registering the head of household and household members. (QR code recognition)
