Ratings and reviews

For a scheduling app, it has the worst calendar view I've ever seen. The app functionality is half baked. Certain tasks like changing profile aspects (PIN, reports, and many others) can only be accessed through the desktop portal, but the desktop portal is incompatible with the application (desktop shows no schedule). I often wonder if people try to use the apps they build before they publish them!?

Terrible in app and on website. Not intuitive and little functionality. If I put in a schedule change it's not clear how to reverse the decision. Say it's a tardy, it defaults to All Day. Why would it be all day if there is an option for a leave request? You can physically clock in, but if you put in the tardy wrong because you assume it knows by your clock in time, you will miss your whole day of pay. We also have multiple schedule options. If I choose one over the other it may show up or not!

Freezes on loading screen. I used to enjoy looking at my schedule and signing up for overtime, now the app freezes on the opening screen. If you need me to come in, you better let me know in advance because this app won't do squat! Nice thought, poor execution. Update 6/19/2024: Developer reached out to me and had me clear the cache and data for the app. Works fine now! 😊
