ShiftChat keeps your work schedule in one place. From the shift invitations your employer sends, to your roster, availability, clock-in and earnings — everything lives in a single app. Built for part-time, casual, temporary and shift workers.

• A notification arrives as soon as your employer sends a shift that matches you
• See the date, time, hourly rate and job description without leaving the message list
• Apply with one tap — and for a recurring series, choose exactly which dates you want

YOUR ROSTER AT A GLANCE
• View all your shifts in a calendar or a list
• One-off shifts and recurring series are clearly separated, with your own timeslots on each
• Withdraw an application, or cancel several shifts at once, when your plans change

CLOCK IN AND OUT BY SCANNING
• Scan the QR code at your workplace to start your shift
• The app shows when your clock-in window opens, so there is no guessing if you arrive early
• Scan again to clock out when you finish

SET THE HOURS YOU CAN WORK
• Use morning, afternoon, evening and overnight blocks to set your usual week
• Or type exact hours, for example 09:00-18:00, to fit your own routine
• Add exceptions for individual dates when you are, or are not, available

• See your total earnings, broken down by month and by employer

BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD
• ShiftChat is for workers who are already employed by, or have been invited by, an employer. Your employer adds your phone number to their workspace, or gives you an event code to apply with. There is no public sign-up.
• You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code sent over WhatsApp — there is no password to remember.
• Scanning to clock in requires camera permission. Turn on notifications to receive shift invitations and reminders.
• ShiftChat does not collect your location.
