About this app

ShiftDesk puts your computer in your pocket. Type its ShiftDesk address, and you are driving your Windows, Mac or Linux computer from your phone or tablet.

• Direct and fast: the picture travels straight between your devices, peer to peer, with hardware video when your devices have it.
• End-to-end encrypted: the connection is encrypted between your two devices, and a short security code lets you check nobody sits in the middle.
• A touchpad you already know: slide to move the pointer, tap to click, two fingers to scroll and zoom. Or touch the screen directly.
• Your phone's keyboard, or a full PC keyboard with Ctrl, Alt, Esc, function keys and shortcuts.
• Sound from the computer, clipboard in both directions, chat and file transfer.
• On the same Wi-Fi, ShiftDesk finds your computers by itself and connects without the internet.
• Sign in to keep your computers and saved passwords in one list across your devices.

To start, install ShiftDesk on your computer from getshiftdesk.com, open it, and type its address in the app.
