About this app

Shiftelio is a time clock and team app for small businesses. Your staff clock in from their own phone with a selfie and a GPS location, inside a boundary you draw around each job site. Those verified hours then work out pay and overtime, so nobody re-types timesheets at the end of the week.

No time clock hardware to buy. No fee per employee. Plans start at $49 a year.

WHAT IT DOES

Time and attendance
- Clock in by selfie with a GPS location on every punch
- A geofence per site, so a clock-in from the wrong place is refused
- Works offline: punches are saved with no signal and sent when the phone reconnects
- See live where each of your field staff is during work hours, and the route they took that day, with named stops and miles travelled
- Shift schedules, rotating rosters and split shifts
- Add staff with just a mobile number, no email needed

Pay
- Hours worked turned into pay totals
- Overtime after 40 hours a week at 1.5x, or your own rule
- Pay per shift, hourly or daily rates
- Employee advances with an audit trail

One yearly price for the whole business, not a fee per employee.
- $49 a year: up to 2 staff, 1 location
- $299 a year: up to 25 staff, 3 locations
- $749 a year: up to 100 staff, unlimited locations
- Custom pricing above 100 staff

GPS, geofencing and the live map are in every plan.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO

Shiftelio works out hours, overtime and pay totals. It does not run payroll tax withholding, file W-2s or pay anyone. Use your payroll provider or accountant for that. State rules such as daily overtime or sick leave counted in hours are not added automatically. There is no face recognition.

LOCATION TRACKING

Shiftelio uses GPS to verify attendance during active work shifts. Location is collected in the background while a shift is active and stops automatically when the employee clocks out. A notification is always shown while tracking is active.
