About this app

[Shift Management] is an app that allows you to submit and approve shift requests for multiple stores, such as restaurants and retail shops, using your smartphone.

■ Suitable for these types of stores
- Staff submit their desired shifts via a calendar
- Administrators can review a list, make adjustments to times on the spot, and approve or reject shifts
- Data is completely separated for each store (multi-tenant)

■ Main Features
【Staff】
- Register shift requests using the calendar UI
- Automatically prevents requests outside of business hours (prevents errors)

【Administrator】
- Daily request list and approval/rejection
- Set business hours for each day of the week (supports multiple shifts with breaks, and shifts ending at 26:00, etc.)
- Issue an 8-digit code for inviting staff

■ How to Get Started
1. Administrator: Create a store from "New Store" and log in
2. Share the displayed invitation code with staff
3. Staff: Enter the invitation code and register by clicking "Join"
4. After the administrator sets business hours, staff submit shift requests

■ Security
- Communication is encrypted with HTTPS
- Data is separated per store (tenant)
- Account deletion can be requested from a dedicated page

■ Operating Environment
- Internet connection is required
- For Android smartphones
