About this app

Shikha Tech TMS is the merchant portal for the Shikha Tech Terminal Management System. Sign in to review your payment activity and keep an eye on your terminals from your phone.

Your account is created by your bank as part of merchant onboarding. Once you have your credentials, you can sign in and get straight to your data.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Review QR and card transactions as they come in
• Check transaction details and history for your business
• Monitor terminal and device activity, including device logs
• Keep track of how your payment devices are performing

BUILT FOR MERCHANTS

The app is made for merchants who accept QR and card payments through
bank-issued terminals. Everything is scoped to your own merchant account -
you see your business's activity and nothing else.

GETTING ACCESS

Accounts are issued by your bank, not created in the app. If you accept
payments through a Shikha Tech terminal and do not yet have TMS credentials, contact your bank or terminal provider.

CONNECTION AWARE

If the service cannot be reached, the app tells you plainly and offers a
one-tap retry, rather than showing a blank screen.
