앱이 갈수록 엉망임. 정신사납고 복잡하고 뭐하나 클릭하면 뜨는데 겁나 오래걸림. 그냥 예전앱이 최고. 티핑이니 뭐니 할때부터 자꾸오류나고 짜증나서 안쓰게 됨. This app is getting worse and worse. It looks so complicated and takes ages after putting the items in the search bar. Just turn it back as it used to be or develop as simple as possible.

Most racists application! I live in Korea for 10 years and have residency here, paying same taxes as korean citizens but event and discounts apparently not available for foreigners anymore! Great work Shilla! 출국할때마다 신라면세점 온라인 잘 썼는데... 어느날 부터 외국인이라서 통신사 멤버쉽 번호 등록이 안된다고 오류 나고, 등급 혜택 다운이 실패 뜨고 되는게 없네요 그냥 롯데면세점 열심히 쓰려고요

so many errors are occurred. clicking my shila doesn't work. login button is not working... if i am the director of operating the app, i wont use this developer. sucks
