GUIDED CAPTURE
A checklist walks you through every point that matters: meters, walls, floors, bathroom, existing damage. You always know what to photograph next.
SEALED EVIDENCE
Each file gets a cryptographic fingerprint (SHA-256) computed on your device. The server verifies it on arrival and applies the timestamp. Once sealed, no change is possible – not even by us.
A PDF FOR THE DAY IT MATTERS
At the end you get a sober PDF with your photos, every fingerprint, the file's seal, and a plain-language page explaining what the seal proves – and what it does not.
WORKS OFFLINE TOO
No signal? Capture continues. Upload starts on its own as soon as you are back online.
OPTIONAL LOCATION
If you choose, the position is attached to your captures. You can decline – the app works exactly the same.
PRIVACY
