Ratings and reviews

If you are Indian, don't open this account solely because you believe it offers English support. Instead, consider opening a JP Post Bank account. Both applications are in Japanese, and JP Post Bank has a greater number of ATMs compared to SBI.

The most terrible, least user friendly app I have ever had the displeasure of having to download. Not only do you constantly have to re register your email but it also doesn't allow all features or have any other language functions. Honestly wish I never registered with this bank. Even their website gives problems when trying to transfer funds. I am thoroughly unimpressed.

Very basic banking app. poor UX and no support for other languages than japanese.
