The app is decent to book shipments. However, we cannot track a shipment in the app once we book a shipment. The message we are shown always: "Unable to fetch tracking data currently". Also, there's no way to provide feedback in the app. Customer service via phone is practically non-existent... despite waiting 15 minutes on the phone, couldn't talk with anyone.

Worst delivery app. Booked for a premium delivery which was 3 times the price of the normal delivery. Paid extra money for the pick-up, still on the day of the pick-up, there was no confirmation, the chat bot showed my consignment number was invalid, so I contacted customer care, they said the consignment number is invalid, they cannot track the shipment and will further raise my issue. No confirmation still after 2 hours. Booked premium delivery, still they say consignment not confirmed.

Very disappointing experience with DTDC. My delivery was delayed by 4 days, and even after waiting so long, I had to go and collect the parcel myself. I contacted customer care multiple times, but there was no proper response or support. I also raised several complaints on the app/website. They only generate ticket numbers as a formality, but the actual issue is never resolved. The delivery partner never even attempted delivery. Without making any call or visit, I kept receiving messages saying
