The app is decent to book shipments. However, we cannot track a shipment in the app once we book a shipment. The message we are shown always: "Unable to fetch tracking data currently". Also, there's no way to provide feedback in the app. Customer service via phone is practically non-existent... despite waiting 15 minutes on the phone, couldn't talk with anyone.

Very poor experience with the app. UPI payments are not working, and there are several areas that need improvement. I’m also unable to place a shipment pickup. If online payment is not working, the app should at least provide alternative payment options such as Cash on Pickup or Cash on Delivery. Please work on improving the app’s payment system and overall user experience.

The app needs more improvement specially in the payment page. The UPI option was not working, finally made the payment through card after trying for almost 5 minutes just tryingto make payment through UPI. The app fails to show tracking details even after the pickup. No coordination between Customer support & operations, even after booking a shipment through the app, the customer support executive says the pin code is temporarily unserviceable but the next moment the pickup guy calls for pickup.
