skip the app, go to a physical store instead app looks neat with lots of options but any bookings made are never picked up and cannot be modified for upgrade or physical pickup. for a simple cargo pickup i ended up canceling 2 orders because pickup person never came. this is frustrating because dtdc does good job of delivery. dtdc needs to track delivery time from pickup order time. else a 2 day delivery is meaningless if pickup person takes two days to pick up

Booked a 1-day express delivery which was quite expensive, and now I can’t even locate my parcel. Customer service was not helpful and calls were not answered. Very disappointing service and poor tracking. Not what you expect when paying extra for express shipping.

Very bad logistics company! My parcel has not been delivered for more than 6 days. I contacted customer care multiple times, but there has been no proper response. They are asking to download unverified apk file and update the details. There is no response to my queries or emails, and the tracking information is useless and not updated. wasting of giving 1 star also. Based on this experience, I would definitely not recommend their services.
