Very poor service. My parcel is not delivered even after waiting for 10 days. Tracking shows in transit since 10 days. They are not giving any clarification regarding what is the real issue for the delay. Contacting customer care everyday they just tell they are escalating the issue but nothing is happening. No response to call or mail. Worst experience.

This has been the most disappointing courier experience I’ve ever had. My parcel was marked as ‘out for delivery’ for five consecutive days, yet it never arrived. When I tried contacting customer support, I was met with automated replies and no human assistance. After two weeks, the package finally showed up damaged and poorly handled. The lack of accountability, transparency, and basic professionalism makes this service completely unreliable. I would strongly advise against trusting them.

Very dissatisfied with the delivery service provided, as this has been one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever encountered. The delivery team refused to deliver my order to my address and instead asked me to pick it up myself, which is completely unacceptable. I received a message stating that my order was “out for delivery,” but when I contacted the delivery person, they clearly refused to deliver it to my location, which is highly unprofessional and misleading.
