The app is decent to book shipments. However, we cannot track a shipment in the app once we book a shipment. The message we are shown always: "Unable to fetch tracking data currently". Also, there's no way to provide feedback in the app. Customer service via phone is practically non-existent... despite waiting 15 minutes on the phone, couldn't talk with anyone.

Very bad logistics company! My parcel has not been delivered for more than 8 days. I contacted customer care multiple times, but there has been no proper response. Every time, they just say the issue is being escalated, but nothing actually happens.There is no response to my queries or emails, and the tracking information is useless and not updated. wasting of giving 1 star also. Based on this experience, I would definitely not recommend their services.

I'm extremely disappointed with Dtdc handling of my shipment. My item reached the destination, but nobody called to inform me. After 2 days of waiting, I discovered that they had sent it back without any notification! To make matters worse, their tracking system isn't updated, and now the shipment is nowhere to be found not in the origin or destination . I've complained multiple times, but no response or update. The lack of communication and customer service is appalling. very dissappointed.
