The app is good and easy to use, and delivery is very fast if you're paying cash. However, I don’t recommend using online payment through the app. If you do, expect delays in delivery, no proper response, and poor customer support. You'll feel like you're talking to an AI that can’t solve anything. No one updates you with the delivery time, and sometimes you wait the whole day and no one shows up ، often with the same excuse: the driver had an accident. This seems to happen every time !!

it is a really bad app for tracking shipments, specially when you have multiple orders coming in, 1- I have no idea how do I get the details of the seller or shipments details 2- help and support restricted with operating hours, so if there was a mix up in the delivery , you have to wait atleats next day for response

WORST experience ever! the delivery service is so unprofessional, also their customer service are not helpful at all (shipment arrived 3 days late, with no reasonable clarification) fake excuses were provided!
