ShipsiFleet Delivery Solution enables retailers to manage their own delivery fleet of drivers.
The retailer must be set up with an account with ShipsiFleet DispatchHub. From the DispatchHub, a driver is sent an invitation to the mobile app, ShipsiFleet Driver, and asked to join the team. Through the ShipsiFleet app, as a driver, you will be assigned delivery tasks by the dispatch manager.
With the ShipsiFleet Driver app you’ll be able to
- Receive and then accept or decline delivery tasks
- Manage your queue of delivery tasks
- Complete delivery tasks, including capturing signature and delivery photo
- Receive communications with the dispatch manager
The ShipsiFleet Driver app will provide location data so that retailers using the DispatchHub tool can monitor progress of deliveries, best optimize delivery allocations based on driver location, and ensure that deliveries are pickup and dropped off at the appropriate points.
