I've been using this app for years. It's never been much more than a way for us to review orders and pull in new orders quickly before production runs. As of the last few months, their security protocols have pretty much killed it. I'm constantly forced to log in to a browser before I can log into the app. I could almost understand if I was constantly connecting to different IP addresses, but this can happen multiple times per day even connected to the same IP. It's worthless now.😡

I sometimes have a weak wifi signal and app will not load, app used to work before on a weak signal. What do you need the internet for when I haven't synced any shipments???? You're also missing A LOT of basic features: - multiple orders not grouped together automatically - if someone purchases 2 of the same item, you are NOT told and have to go through each order and check. If you have over 1000 orders, this is time consuming.

This app keeps getting worse. I can no longer log into the mobile app without being printed to log in through a web browser first now. Every...single...time. The app is handy, but it always renotifies me that I have an order when I don't - even days later, and is delayed when I actually do (clearing cache or reinstalling doesn't fix either issue).
