Constant error messages when trying to print shipping label ("Object reference not set to an instance of an object") via the app which makes this pretty much useless for my purposes. Also got locked out of the account when logging in to the app, even though I was signed in but using mobile network and not WiFi. Followed the correction steps by logging in on a browser but still can't login. Uninstalling and use a browser tab instead.

This app used to work well then it was updated now constantly requires I log in through the website on my phone before you can log in on app. Once I've logged in on my phone it'll log me out in a couple hours at most. It's really frustrating to try to use app with my phone in my business when I got to keep logging in again. And I've never seen an app where you got to login with a web browser before the app will work you got to fix that for sure. This isn't a banking app it's just shipping!

How convenient that it locked me out immediately after I added my credit card information. Someone better help me figure this out, because now, I'm thinking this is a SCAM! if it takes any payments from my card, I will fight them! Also: The app is difficult to navigate and all the "support" is A.I.-generated, including the E-mails!
