You can track your parcel in real time on a live map as the traveller moves through the metro network. Payment is handled securely through the in-app wallet or cash on delivery.
How it works for senders:
- Open the app and tap Send Parcel
- Enter pickup metro station and drop metro station
- Add parcel details including size, weight, and description
- Optionally add a photo of the parcel for identification
- Set a delivery reward amount
- A verified traveller on your route will accept the request
- Track your parcel live on the map
- Receive OTP confirmation when parcel is picked up and delivered
