RXD Courier is a shipping and logistics company that allows you to shop from your favorite online stores and get your packages delivered with ease right to your preferred location. After creating your RXD Courier account you will then receive your US mailing address which should be utilized when making your online purchases. Packages are then consolidated and shipped to Jamaica where we will then take care of the hassle of having it cleared and collected at the customs agency. From here, you will be notified that your package is ready to be delivered.

View/Manage Account information
• View account bill balance
-Balance is updated in real time once packages are ready to be collected.
• View or add authorized users
-Provide details of persons who can collect packages on your behalf.
• Manage your customer profile
-It is recommended that you update your RXD Courier profile details such as home address or email address to avoid any missed communication.

Track Your Packages
• Once packages are received by our warehouse, you are able to check real time updates of the status of your package.
• You can create or cancel pre-alerts. Pre-alerts involves with providing us with tracking information, item description and value for your packages.

Upload invoices to allow fast and smooth process.
Receive messages or push notifications about your shipments
Use calculator to provide estimated shipping costs
