Description options need expanding. No categories are available for many items I've ordered in the past (skincare items, beauty products, perfume, light fixtures, shelves etc.). What's the point of the app if I often end up having to use the website instead? It allows you to enter descriptions not found in-app. I also still ocassionally get told no prealert can be found/to upload an invoice, when the prealert is clearly visible in the Prealerts section.

When I attempted to view the details of an item (Websource invoice etc) I couldn't bec the app prompts me to update. I did the update but still can't move fwd bec it continues to prompt me to update. Also the app doesn't update item info when u upload the supplier invoice via a web browser. It works well in terms of tracking your package, although on occasion it would say "out for delivery" and the delivery guy doesn't show up. The app deserves a higher rating, once these shortcomings are fixed.

So as it stands today is 11th July 2025.. yet to get the prealert option to actually work as intended. prealerting packages by entering tracking number and cost and also the name of supplier is a waste of effort and time because as soon as your item reach the warehouse in Miami.. you will get an email asking you to prealert like haven't done so. where all you do is resubmit the invoice.. so yeah..I guess just wait because as usual trinidad is so backwards where technology is concerned..

Thank you for your feedback. Prealerts will only work when the international tracking number is used, not the order number. If done correctly, no duplicate request is needed. We're here to help - no need to wait or feel held back. Let’s move forward together with smoother shipping to Trinidad.
