The internet service is awful. The speed is extremely slow, it keeps disconnecting, and nothing loads properly. The connection drops every few minutes making even basic browsing frustrating. Streaming, gaming, or downloading is almost impossible. I ve contacted support multiple times but nothing has improved. I m paying for a service that barely works. Completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

Extremely poor and negligent service by DishHome. My internet has been very slow for over one month.Despite multiple calls & complaints via the MyDishHome app, there has been no response or resolution. Worse, DishHome has wrongly linked my phone number to another customer ID, causing repeated recharge calls from dealers even though I have 200+days of active service. This shows serious data mishandling, harassment, and total lack of accountability. One of the worst customer service experiences.

Worst internet ever. DishHome Fibre Net is slow, unstable, Customer care is completely irresponsible. Even after calling them for more than a month, problems are not solved properly. Do NOT RECOMMEND this service to anyone.
