Terrible! If this thing had negative rating I would rate this negative. My purchases arrived a week - 10 days later. Considering the covid I was okay with it. But when I checked my orders I was amazed as to what I was delivered. The pic showed something else and what he delivered was something that I can buy from a footpath store! Terrible experience!

Uninstalling this app. literally the worst ecommerce app in Nepal. I ordered two times through smart doko and my order was cancelled without even an information even when the items were shown in adequate quantities. even if you guys want to cancel the order, atleast have the courtesy to inform your customers. I'd rate in negative if there was an option to do so!

Shopping through SmartDoko is always hassle free. Very pleased with their prompt delivery and customer service. It would be even better if both the website and the app had product details and a space to ask questions about the product (-1star for that).
