Flip, stack and serve in a cosy little café.
Every order is a messy stack of pancakes. Slide your spatula under any pancake and flip it, with everything above it, until the stack is sorted: biggest at the bottom, smallest on top. Serve it in the fewest flips for three stars, then watch the syrup pour.
It's the classic pancake-sorting puzzle, made calm and juicy: soft sounds, gentle music and a stack that wobbles, steams and sparkles when it's served.

Start with a classic stack and work your way through crêpes, diner stacks, fluffy soufflé pancakes, poffertjes, hotteok, dosa, Swedish pancakes and ricotta hotcakes to the grand café. Each recipe brings new orders and new toppings.
