About this game

You are not one player at the mahjong table. You are all of them.

ALL-HU is a perfect-information mahjong puzzle. Every hand, the pool and the discard pile are dealt face up — nothing is hidden but the wall. Rearrange the tiles so every hand on the table reaches a winning shape at the same time, inside a fixed budget of moves. No dice, no opponent, no luck. Only reading the board.

New to mahjong, or just want something calm? Start in Relax Mode: large tiles, unlimited hints, and a step-by-step walkthrough that explains why each swap works — made for older players and anyone who wants an unhurried puzzle.

■ THIS IS NOT MAHJONG SOLITAIRE
No tile-matching, no stacked pyramids, no pairs to clear against a timer. ALL-HU uses real mahjong hands — sequences, triplets, the pair, yaku and han — and turns them into a pure logic puzzle you solve by reading, not by reflexes. If the only mahjong you know is the tile-matching kind, this is the other kind: a strategy brain teaser for sudoku lovers.

■ HOW IT PLAYS
- Three moves: swap with the pool, reclaim from the discards, trade between two hands
- Every action costs one step, and the budget is tight
- 2-hand and 4-hand boards: from tidying a single hand to orchestrating four at once
- Modifiers stack up: wall previews, forbidden tiles, locked tiles, a required yaku, a minimum han, a clock
- Restart any level as often as you like; a retry never lowers a star you already earned

■ FIVE WAYS TO PLAY, 900+ LEVELS
- Relax Mode: large tiles, unlimited hints, difficulty that rises gently — made for older players and anyone who wants a calm puzzle
- Mahjong course: 17 interactive lessons in 7 units, from "what is this tile" to yaku and han, plus 11 tutorial levels on the swap actions
- Story mode: 11 chapters, 121 levels, told in a teahouse with ink-wash art and a guzheng score
- Free mode: 200 levels in ten themed sets, 100 two-hand and 100 four-hand, with rules and star thresholds previewed
- Challenge mode: a 577-level ladder through five families — basic swaps, pool and discards, wall preview, yaku and han, time limit — each in Novice, Advanced and Master tiers, with eight zhenlong puzzles as milestones. Clear it and the ladder reopens under the clock.

■ NEW TO MAHJONG? START AT ZERO
The course assumes you know nothing: suits and honor tiles, sequences, triplets and the pair, four melds plus one pair, then tenpai, yaku, han and special hands. Every lesson is interactive, and every answer is checked by the engine that runs the game. Already play riichi or Hong Kong mahjong? Skip it — the yaku list will look familiar.

■ BUILT TO BE FAIR
- Every level ships verified solvable by the game's own C++ solver
- Three-star thresholds come from each level's own verified solution, not a guess
- A designed difficulty curve: 2 to 5 minutes a level
- Stuck? Assist outlines the groups a hand has completed and the Tenpai indicator flags hands one tile away — both free and unlimited, forever
- Still stuck? A walkthrough takes the level one step at a time, saying which set each swap builds and why that tile goes. Unlimited in Relax Mode; three a day elsewhere, free.

■ STRAIGHT ABOUT THE BUSINESS MODEL
Free to download, and no purchase unlocks content: all 900+ levels are earned by playing — no paywall.
Ads never interrupt a puzzle in progress: a full-screen ad can only appear after a win screen, and not at all in your first half hour.
One optional purchase — a single non-consumable — removes every ad permanently and makes Solve unlimited. No subscription, no loot boxes, no recurring charge. The price is set by the store for your region.

■ ALSO WORTH KNOWING
- Single player, no account, no sign-up — progress lives on your device
- Plays offline; ads are the only part that needs a connection
- Ink-wash art, five table colors, a zen-calm score
- Nine languages
- Made by one developer in Taiwan, on Godot 4 with a C++ kernel

ALL-HU: where every hand must win.
