Members can earn 1 point for every $1 spent at participating malls, convert to Point Dollar to spend as cash, redeem a variety of gifts and offers. Mainly good but not when you are saving points for cinema spending. For chinema, you have to walk to the concierge up one floor. Besides showing them your tickets, credit card slip, they ask you to show PHYSICAL ACTUAL credit card or if you are using other wallets, you have to show them the app to show you have pay for it. I don't understand how the tickets and payment slip cant prove I have paid for it. I strongly feel Yoho and The Point has asked far too much personal details for it.

Thank you for your feedback. Currently members are required to present either the physical ticket stub or the merchant‑printed receipt along with the corresponding electronic payment receipt as proof of transaction. These requirements are necessary to verify that the transaction was made by the member themselves. We appreciate your understanding.

Don't waste time to download this. Utterly retarded and not user friendly. Fine prints on certain promotional banners, for instance, the 100 points redemption promotion on Oct 8, 2020, does not have zooming capability, and clicking them won't take you to the detailed page. The largest complaint is that there is no where to find/enter the aforementioned promotion at the starting time of the promotion, and it takes forever to load. Totally absurd.

Unusual for me to comment. This APP was starting great and outperformed the others. But recent updates since last year were very disappointing. And now it's getting worse. The receipt scanning took forever is one thing. The other two things recently drove me crazy are that the app got bugs sending me to Play Store when switching pages; AND, it logged me out for no reason. SHK should consider looking another developer to write the APP.
