It was working in the past, but current version doesn't work at all: loading for a long time at every page and loading FOREVER when submitting receipts to claim points. Interesting enough that same thing also happens on iOS app, so either both apps happen to suffer the same bugs or the issue comes from the service backend. This needs to be fixed/rolled back asap or else this is simply a fraud - customers are asked to join a point program but indeed they can't really claim the points?!

Useful for EV charging. In general ok. The developers may need to consider bad network connection in carparks. The misleading promotions are more a HK problem in general, but that's a different department. To many strings to trip over.
