About this game

Divide the grid. Match the hint. Solve the puzzle.

Math Squares is a calm, single-tap logic puzzle. Each grid must
be split into rectangles whose areas match the chips scattered
around the board. Some chips are plain numbers. Others are math
expressions — add, multiply, take a square root, divide a
fraction — so you also do a little arithmetic on the way to the
answer.

FOUR DIFFICULTIES
• Easy (7×7) — straight shapes and small numbers. A place to
learn the rules.
• Medium (9×9) — classic. The board everyone warms up on.
• Hard (11×11) — math expressions start hiding the shape, so
you have to do the arithmetic before the geometry is obvious.
• Extreme (13×13) — same rules, larger board, less hand-holding.

NINE HINT TYPES, EACH WITH ITS OWN COLOUR
shape, +, −, ×, ÷, √, x², x³, a/b. Once you've played a few
rounds you'll see the colour and know the family before you
read the chip.

CALM BY DESIGN
• No timer pressure during play — your time is recorded but
never threatens you mid-board.
• No ads. No accounts. No waiting for lives to refill.
• Offline. Works on a plane.
• Ten languages: English, Hebrew, Spanish, French, German,
Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Chinese.

GREAT FOR
• Kids learning multiplication and division by feel.
• Adults who want a quiet puzzle that still makes the brain
work.
• Commutes, queues, the last ten minutes before sleep.

Every board is generated from scratch the moment you start a
new game, and each puzzle has exactly one valid solution — no
ambiguity, no second-guessing the rules.
