About this app

Our app helps patients manage wellness and medicine refills through a secure and convenient medicine ordering and delivery system. Patients can upload prescriptions, order medicines online, schedule refills, and track their orders in real time. The app provides live delivery tracking so users can monitor the delivery partner’s location, estimated arrival time, and order status directly from the app.

To ensure safe and verified medicine delivery, each order is completed using OTP-based verification. Patients receive a secure One-Time Password (OTP) that must be shared with the delivery partner at the time of delivery. The delivery partner enters the OTP in the app to confirm successful handover of medicines. This process helps prevent incorrect deliveries and improves delivery security.

The app also supports delivery partner navigation, route optimization, delivery history, and status updates for efficient medicine distribution. Background location access is used only during active deliveries to provide accurate tracking and timely service.
