Every time you return your shoes, be sure to perform the following maintenance.
1. Prevent dirt from sticking with waterproof spray
Be sure to spray with waterproof spray before shipping.
This will make it harder for dirt to stick to it.
2. Prevent deterioration and odors with deodorants and desiccants
We will store deodorant and desiccant in your shoes.
*Deodorizer and desiccant will be placed in the shoes when shipping.
3. Sterilize with alcohol spray
Before shipping and after returning, we sterilize the inside and outside with alcohol spray, deodorize with deodorizing spray, and brush to remove dirt each time.
4. Measures against dirt, sterilization, and deodorization caused by hand washing
Shoes that have exceeded the set distance or number of rentals will be hand washed. After washing, dry the shoes in the shade (with a 10 yen coin inside).
*Insoles may become deformed if washed, so sterilize them using a damp towel or alcohol spray.
