User interface is quite simple and loading time smooth enough. NID verification is the time-befitting demand. Train tracking option needed to be included. Try to fix the station name issue. On top of that, while searching the name of this app in the play store we find a lot of fake similiar apps. Keep an eye on this issue too. This app indeed a positive approach but its need major improvement.

This is great initiative. This could be a good app & helpful to us but unfortunately there is a lot of issues. The authority must take necessary action to make the app smooth. One of the biggest problem is the app stuck suddenly. Secondly the letter are too small which making a problem. Thirdly it is asking several times for login. Fourthly whenever I was trying to select the class, it was just flashed out and white screen was appearing. So please make the app smooth & user friendly. Thank you.

Works good can buy ticket. But if I am paying 20tk service charge already then why I need to send message everytime to know train location. Just add 5 tk per ticket service and add realtime train location to save time. This is a must have feature this app need.
