Keep your EasyCommerce store within reach. EasyCommerce Store Manager connects to your own Joomla website so you can manage daily store operations from your phone.

SEE WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION
Check revenue, order counts, average order value and active subscriptions. See pending orders, failed renewals and low stock from the dashboard.

MANAGE ORDERS
Find orders by number or customer, filter by status and view the full details. Record a manual payment, mark an order fulfilled, retry a payment, refund or cancel an order where supported by your store. Create orders for existing customers and share a payment link or record an offline payment.

KEEP YOUR CATALOGUE CURRENT
Browse your products, adjust stock, change publication status and create or edit supported simple and digital products.

LOOK AFTER CUSTOMERS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
View customer profiles and order history, add customers and update their details. Manage subscriptions, including pause, resume, retry and cancellation actions supported by your store.

TRACK STORE PERFORMANCE
View revenue, orders, refunds, top products and payment methods over 7, 30 or 90 days.

CONNECT MORE THAN ONE STORE
Link multiple EasyCommerce websites and switch between them. Each store's access and notification preferences remain separate.

OPTIONAL STORE ALERTS
Enable order and subscription notifications for each connected store. Push alerts require the EasyCommerce Push Relay plugin, a configured push connection and an active EasyCommerce licence.

YOUR WEBSITE CONTROLS ACCESS
Connect using a token issued by your Joomla administrator, or scan the connection QR code. The app stores connection tokens using the device's secure storage. An administrator can revoke access from the Joomla website.

REQUIREMENTS
An existing Joomla website running EasyCommerce 1.1.5 or later with Mobile API v2 and administrator access is required. Designed for store owners and authorized staff, using connection credentials issued by their Joomla administrator.
