Great product. My dogs coats are absolutely gorgeous and they've shed almost all fat and are basically just muscle now. If support could reach out or app services could get in contact, the menu option to edit auto ship schedule doesn't work. I click on edit delivery schedule and it quickly shows the loading symbol then goes away and nothing happens. So far that is my only complaint. Even then, it's not really a complaint. More of a bug report.

terrible service I've been a customer for over a year and my last order was never delivered i tried contacting Bullymax and they never solved my problem i spent 280 dollars and got lost they dont help at all not using them ever again terrible customer service

It's very hard to use. I should have been able to get the promo for 2 bags of free chews. Plus, I had to hunt to figure out how to push my order for today instead of Dec, 5th.
