TechApp by Shop-Ware is the only native mobile application crafted with technicians' feedback. It syncs seamlessly with Shop-Ware, an all-in-one cloud-based shop management system that enables automotive repair shops to manage and grow their business. * Easily view summary of work, drill into detailed information while performing services, track job progress in real-time, and keep a detailed record of all findings right from one centralized location.
* Swiping to the right, techs can easily mark an inspection item green. Swiping left will allow the technician to select yellow or red status, directing the tech to the Findings screen where they can record their findings and add images and/or videos to provide context.
* Integrated with the device's native camera, technicians have the full functionality of the phone's camera features to capture the clearest picture from the darkest corner of the undercarriage.
* Share findings with customers using Shop-Ware’s integrated Digital Vehicle Experience (DVX) — car owners will receive a clear presentation of the work that you have done on their vehicle, along with any urgent repairs and maintenance recommendations prioritized by service advisors.
* Receive approvals faster by giving the customer a clear understanding of the priority and urgency of each recommendation. Shop customers are able to quickly approve or decline services without extensive guidance from service advisors. This saves time and showcases the shop’s expertise to their customers.

If I wasn't forced to use this program for work I would not use it at all. Constant crashes, poor interface to scroll, inability to use the back button on my phone to navigate the app. Long story short the uptime is too little and the interface is far too user unfriendly. Edit, if I could rate this negative five stars I would. Do better.

It's literally a link to their website. Using the website can be problematic on my phone due to where tabs are located, it's cluttered up , I can only use my wide angle camera to take pics when a closer shot works be more helpful due to tight work areas. This is not an APP, it's a link.

Would be very helpful if we could accept a job in the app versus having to on a PC. Also, we have multiple technicians working on vehicles at times. Would also need to be able to have the tech assign themselves to each job line. Thanks!
