One simple action is all it takes to alert your on-duty team AND neighboring businesses. A neutral video recording is kept if the situation warrants it. Everything remains local
to the neighborhood, and no one is ever disturbed unnecessarily.

• Alert videos kept for 30 days, reports for 1 year then automatically deleted

• GDPR compliant — right of access, rectification, and immediate deletion via the app

• 1 seat is enough for a single merchant (covers the manager account + the mobile app)
• Additional seats for employees, which can be changed at any time

You subscribe on shopalert.app and then log in to the app with your account. Employees join via an invitation code sent by email.
