It does pay out, BUT.. it can take 90 days to track your cash back, then confirm you really earned cash back or game earnings, then there is a $5.00 cash out limit to reach. Yes I have cashed out, but for online shopping I did in May, I have to wait 90 days for confirmation. The game tracking has I think 30 day wait to cash out. Luckily I have an app tracker that tracks my shopping and gaming which pays out for every game and follows every purchase. That app is POGO. It's better.

My experience was a tremendously terrible 1 in that I was gifted a sign on bonus of $40. now they have taken the $40 away from me. What reason? I have no clue.... I mean really.. The manipulations are incredible to say much less, but w/ all said, I also may add ....b ready to jump thru hoops. Y? Well they've a lot of em 2 jump thru and actually get. Good luck. 0 *'s if I could.. I wish 1 app would b transparent loud n proud. This wasted time = no return... Thx Shopback.... Smh!?!?!,

I use this app a lot. When it is working fine, it's good. When the cashback are not tracked or remain as tracked then it goes downhill. Because you cannot reach anyone and are stuck with their chat bot. They give you 30 days to file a report but some shops take 60 days to confirm. Which means you cannot file a report when the company doesn't confirm as promised as it's after 30 days. A very vendor focused app that doesn't care about its users. Disappointing
