While I love the store, I have to give the app only 3 stars. I get multiple notifications an hour. There's no way for me to select what type of notifications such as new items or new sale items or only live shows, etc. And when there is a live show, I get a minimum of 2 notifications about it. Then during the live show, I'm still getting notifications about other items. It's just too much.

Tried to get a return label to return shoes and no response. I emailed my request and commented on a live and nothing. Stuck with a $50 pair of shoes that are too big. AND you don't get your money back, only a store credit IF I was able to return. I also ordered a lil summer dress that came with rust spots on it. I will not order again from this company.

I love this boutique, however, if I'm not completely invested in following each day, I miss out on some amazing clothing. I have a couple pre authorized purchases in my waitlist since March and don't think they will restock so, that is unfortunate. I would love to give 5 stars but it's hit or miss on what is available.
