This app kinda sucks. It glitches, isn't fluid to maneuver and takes you to pages where it's like hitting a wall where you're forced to go back. Also couldn't find a way to edit my email because it used my primary email from Facebook but wouldn't follow through with the registration. And of course it wouldn't let me edit it in the app. Downloaded it to get free shipping on my item and it's getting deleted right after.

Made a purchase 3 weeks ago, over $200. AFTER submitting my order, Snipes notified that the sneaker was out of stock & I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. I deem that unacceptable. Also the refund took a lot longer than 3-5. Tried another purchase 5 days ago. I opted for store pickup and even selected the store. AFTER I submit my order, the order changed to delivery. Today (5 days later), the order is still "processing." Im cancelling this order and this app. Unsafe spending

I use this app or even go to the store often to shop for my children and I. Whether it's for footwear or clothing. I always know what I'm looking for before coming to look and always find what I'm in search for. Alot of the times they have awesome discounts and promotions which leads me to buying other things unexpectedly because of the great price.
