Really need to be able to see past orders and tracking from the app. This gets frustrating, especially when I want to reorder the same thing. App also fails frequently in the middle of an order. So frustrating. Wholesale pricing would also be greatly appreciated, as your vendors don't get timely deliveries so we're forced to go here just to get what we need. Sometimes our vendor orders even ship straight from here.

Whole app is a mish mosh. Disappointing bc products are great. For example the app never allows me to complete a sale, I always have to switch to browser to complete. Categories overlap and seems like they should be flavor "tags" instead. The online experience leaves much to be desired (both app AND browser), but at the bare minimum they should at least fix all the bugs like triple charging me on an order or constantly bumping me from the app to browser when I want to log into my account.

The app will not open on my phone, Samsung Galaxy S10. It used to. I installed the latest update and it won't open. I get the splash screen, but it never opens. I don't mind going online, but what's the point of getting the app if I can't use it.
