Any one out side the Emirates, Please!!! Do not order from them, as there customer service is bad + their shipping/return policies so misleading + their putting all the clearance fee on you + if you decided to return an item you pay another shipping fees even though of there something in the device ..... Horrible experience I will never repeat my experience with them Buy from well know sites that well reserve you some rights but not Shopkees.

Don't recommend bad customer experience and a scam company. I ordered the new iPhone Pro 14 as a gift and I paid extra charge for the 5 days delivery what happened that I followed up with them several times to make sure that I receive the package on time also I called the customer service on the 4th day and I discovered that they did not ship the package, after that I discovered that they canceled the order and refunded the money without receiving any request for my cancelation.

Very bad customer service. Returned the item as it was broken and never had it back. Always promising they will send it but nothing. They are all full of lies!!! Will definitely send an email to consumer rights for this. I will let them know how you are giving us false promises!!!
