I ordered 2sweatshirts March 19,2024 I take accountability for forgetting to put my apartment number but still not to get my refund and it's May 10th . The only way of contact is through email .

You can not get intouch with them, they don't even have a time-frame your order will be to you. They send you an email stating the item is back in stock and once you click on it, its actually still out of stock. This is a horrible expensive store with no customer service.
