It used to be very uncomplicated to request your cashback but lately the app does not seem to work right...once you requested your cashback it takes ages to process and sometimes they request " more information ",send another receipt, refunded by Shopmium, or your receipt was used before,so I just cancel the entire request and submit it again...I did lose money before because the offer had ended,it's becoming a bit of a hassle...I hope they do something about it so I'd give them 5 stars again.
