So excited that there's people out there fighting for Florida beaches. Glad I'll be able to use this app next time I visit.

I am using it now. I'm on public beach area, per signage, and app shows red. even standing in the Gulf. Topsail Hill Preserve State Park beach also shows red for miles, and its public it doesn't work

We're so glad you made it to Top Sail. The app does not tell you what is public or private, it tells you where the MHWL is in relation to the tidal process. Everything seaward of the MHWL is public, however, if you're in a state park you don't have to worry about private beach issues.
