I paid $.50 for 1 day unlimited access, that renews $14.99 weekly. The money has been taken from my account, but I have no access to the app content. It's still asking me to pay for a subscription or buy coins. The subscription isn't showing up in my Google Play app, where I should be able to cancel it, and I can't find a way to cancel on the Shorten app, possibly because it doesn't recognize me as having a subscription yet. Very disappointing.

I had paid for a year subscription and doesn't expire until February 11 2026 and today when I try to watch a story it is wanting me to buy coins or a new subscription. It happened after I updated. this needs to be fixed. these apps already charge ridiculous prices for subscriptions and now they don't work properly after you pay them.

I've seen these shorts and decided to give it a try. It said first week free charged me . 50 which is ok. But when I watched a short after 4th frame wanted me to watch an ad no problem I did. But as soon as I watched it it wanted me to pay. These apps lie so much Sad part is I was actually going to keep it I enjoyed it but they couldn't even give me the first week. I don't mind the ads but I spent more time watching ads denying the premium. My advise if you say you get the first week give it.
