I tried 3month subscribtion, in between payment, the payment failed notification got it on app screen. But my money was debited from account. Got payment successfully on mail also. Still my subscription is not enabled.

Hi Team, I have choose 3 months subscription plan and paid the amount 119. But still it is asking me to subscribe, I could not see any help/support centre details in the app. Please do me the needful.

Shortflix I have used this app for three days and watched three films. Apart from that I couldn't use it and nothing came up.This app just wasted my money.This caused us great distressI have no use using this app..Please don't cheat people by taking money from them...
