I paid for a 3-month subscription, but I’m unable to watch any content. The app keeps showing an “internet problem” error when connected to WiFi, even though my internet works perfectly fine on other apps.This is very frustrating, especially after paying for a subscription and not receiving proper service.There seems to be a serious bug or poor optimization in the app. I request the developers to fix this issue immediate or provide proper support or a refund. it feels like a money waste

Not able to watch even a single movie or drama it always asks for subscription. Even if I try to purchase subscription the page keeps on reloading I don't understand at all. Tell us clearly whether this platform is free to use or is it paid so that people like me should be able to get a clear idea. And also the UI is below average very basic not even a filter option in the search bar.
